These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of whiskerlab.shop (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site.
By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable German or European Union consumer law.

The Site is operated by WhiskerLab.
WhiskerLab is an online-only pet-supplies store. We do not operate a public retail storefront, showroom, customer collection point, or automatic return counter.

References to “WhiskerLab”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of whiskerlab.shop.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Use the Site for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
- Interfere with the Site, its systems, or its security.
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, malware, or other disruptive material.
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission.
- Copy Site content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Use the Site in a way that may harm WhiskerLab, other customers, service providers, or third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
Eligibility
By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in your country of residence, or are using the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You also confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.
- You will use purchased products according to their intended purpose and provided instructions.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product titles, descriptions, images, features, prices, availability, dimensions, materials, weights, and specifications are accurate.
However, product colours and minor visual details may vary due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product updates. Product dimensions, weights, materials, and included components may be approximate unless expressly described as exact.
Product suitability can vary depending on a pet’s size, age, breed, coat type, chewing habits, play style, sensitivity, and the way a product is used. We do not guarantee that every product is suitable for every pet.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information at any time. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
Product use and safety
Our products are intended for general pet comfort, grooming, care, feeding, play, enrichment, or accessory use unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
You are responsible for:
- Reading and following product instructions and care guidance.
- Using products only as intended.
- Choosing products appropriate for your pet.
- Supervising your pet where appropriate.
- Inspecting products before and during use.
- Removing products that are damaged, torn, broken, loose, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.
Do not allow a pet to use a product in an unsafe way. Remove a product from use if your pet attempts to swallow parts, chew fabric or components, or otherwise use the product in a manner that may create a risk.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
Pricing and payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable VAT where required by law, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We may change product prices, promotions, bundle prices, product availability, or purchase limits before an order is accepted.
Payment must be made at checkout using an available payment method. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
If a pricing, shipping, discount, tax, inventory, or payment error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information or cancel the affected order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders and acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an email confirming that we received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before acceptance because of product unavailability, inaccurate product or pricing information, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment activity, incomplete delivery information, breach of these Terms, or restrictions imposed by payment providers or carriers.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
We currently offer shipping to customers in Germany.
WhiskerLab currently offers the following shipping options:

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, inaccurate delivery information, supply-chain conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason. Details about exercising this right, returning goods, return costs, refund timing, and exceptions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not charge a restocking fee for valid statutory withdrawals.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misrepresented items, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need another product, size, or colour, you may need to return an eligible item and place a new order.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. This means that you have legal rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
The statutory legal guarantee is separate from any voluntary commercial warranty or guarantee. We do not offer a separate commercial warranty unless it is expressly stated on a specific product page.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights concerning lack of conformity. EU consumer protection generally provides at least a two-year legal guarantee for goods purchased from a professional seller.
Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, designs, videos, product arrangements, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to WhiskerLab.
You may view and download Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Without our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially use Site content.
You may not use our name, logo, product images, or brand elements in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without our written permission.
User content and reviews
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, feedback, or other content to us or through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant WhiskerLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content for website operation, customer service, product reviews, marketing, and business purposes.
We may remove or decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, social-media pages, payment services, shipping services, or other platforms.
These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Website availability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
We may temporarily restrict access to the Site for maintenance, security, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded.
Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and liability under mandatory product-liability law.
For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for a breach of material contractual obligations whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance you may normally rely. In these cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for defective products, lack of conformity, or other consumer rights where an exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to compensate WhiskerLab for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not limit rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and purchases made through the Site are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer who has your habitual residence in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence where those provisions apply.
The competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory legal rights regarding jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, technology, or legal obligations.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek your consent.
The version of the Terms in force when you place your order applies to that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
